Mitt schema i höst

För er som känner att ni har behov av att ha koll på vad jag ska göra i höst:


Volunteer can also take part in co-ordinating youth exchange programmes run by host-coordinating organisation ADVIT “Europe Without Borders”: helping with new coming volunteers, taking part in local projects, assisting in interviewing national volunteers, who want to participate in youth exchange programmes out of Moldova;

A typical working week of the volunteer could be like this:

Monday:
10:00-12:00 individual assistance. Communication with certain refugee family, with purpose to reveal possible problems and needs, to bring them necessary information about coming cultural and another events in the Charity Centre;
12:00 –13:00 Monday meeting with supervisor. Discussion about new possible activities of the week;
13:00 –14:00 Lunch;
14:00 – 15:00 Pottery workshop. Help in co-ordinating pottery workshop for children and youth (10-18 years old);
15:00 – 16:30 Help in doing homework (10-17 years old);

Tuesday:
10:00 –12:00 individual assistance. Communication with certain refugee family, with purpose to reveal possible problems and needs, to bring them necessary information about coming cultural and another events in the Charity Centre;
12:00 – 14:00 free time for lunch;
14:00 –15:00 help in co-ordinating sport workshop for youth (10-18 years old). Winter time – table tennis, ping pong, chess, inside activities, summer time – football, volleyball, jogging and other outside activities;
15:00 –17:30 free time for language courses;
17:30 – 18:30 help in co-ordinating computer courses for refugee and their families (basic skills of using PC)
Wednesday:
10:00 –12:00 individual assistance. Communication with certain refugee family, with purpose to reveal possible problems and needs, to bring them necessary information about coming cultural and another events in the Charity Centre;
12:00-13:00 lunch;
13:00 –14:30 visit to State Refugee Centre. Meeting with Centre’s staff, discussion about new possible projects together;
14:30- 16:00 Help in doing homework (10-17 years old);

Thursday:
10:00 –12:00 individual assistance. Communication with certain refugee family, with purpose to reveal possible problems and needs, to bring them necessary information about coming cultural and another events in the Charity Centre;
12:00 –14:00 free time for lunch;
14:00 –16:00 assistance in library. Keeping records about incoming/ outcoming books, preparing presentations about new books in the library;
16:00 – 17:30 free time for language courses;

Friday:
10:00 –12:00 individual assistance. Communication with certain refugee family, with purpose to reveal possible problems and needs, to bring them necessary information about coming cultural and another events in the Charity Centre;
12:00 –13:00 Friday meeting with supervisor: follow-up about week’s activities, feedback, new ideas;
13:00 –15:00 free time for lunch;
15:00 –16:00 Friday activities for youth, for example: pottery exhibition, music concert, sport contest, book presentation;
16:00 –17:00 assistance in foreign language workshop for youth (18-30 years old). Help in preparing materials, exercises, learning games;


Saturday and Sundays – free;

In carrying out /her service the volunteer will never be alone, as she will always be supported by the staff and the supervisor.
The volunteer will have 2 days of holidays per month which can be accumulated and taken, upon previous agreement with the project supervisor.
